Specialty Care Transport Ambulance (SCT)

This service provides inter-facility transportation for the critically ill or injured patients needing to be moved from one hospital to another for additional treatment. It is equipped with the following:

• Critical Care Paramedics with the ability to administer a full compliment of ICU medications
• Specialized Transport Ventilator
• CO₂ monitor
• 12 Lead EKG
• Multi-Channel IV pumps
• Non-Invasive Continuous Blood Pressure Monitoring Equipment
• Invasive Line monitoring capabilities

Specialty Care Ambulances are Available

• Emergency Transfers
• Hospital Discharges
• Rehabilitation Hospitals
• Specialty Care Facilities

Inter-facility transfers can be scheduled in advance or on emergent basis.
